DeMoss Slashes School Records

- Congratulations to Troy Demoss, destroyer of school records!! Troy swam exceptionally at the Topeka Invitational, placing first in both of his individual events. In addition, he broke the SME records in both races. He lowered his own backstroke record set his freshman year from 54.43 to 53.88. Troy broke a long standing record in the 200IM of 1:58.40 set in 1978 by Kurt Galleghugh, Troy’s new record is an impressive 1:56.52.
Congratulations are in order for the entire team for their outstanding win at the meet, they placed 1st out of thirteen teams!
